Not able to upload images to firefly. PNG, JPG nothing...

last two days can upload any image as reference. Not even error message is shown. Just dont conclude the action. Is as nothing was clicked at all

Could you please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

I tried uploading the image, nothing happened. And no error message. The error message on screen is from 3 days back and that also, it’s just being shown here, the image was generated.
