Not able to use Firefly

I am signed into my Cloud account and when I click on the main firefly page it just goes back to the video of firefly. Also in Express I can use the choice of generating an image with text but after typing what I want and click generate it just give me and error and a try again later message. Nothing has changed in my setup from the day before when everything worked perfectly.....
