Are you not seeing the thumbs up and thumbs down in the lower left corner when you hover over a generated image:

If not, can you show us what you do see?

Have you tried to use a different browser?

Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Regarding getting undesired images, make sure to delete the files that are not working to prevent having a bad seed.
