Not following prompts, constantly wasting credits

Fortunately, I don’t have to rely on AI much. But the very little time I need a quick object removal, it gives me a completely opposite response causing me to have to redirect. Wasting credit after credit. It’s almost like its done on purpose causing customers to have to purchase more. Which is absolutely absurd for a paying, loyal long time client. Just ANOTHER way to make money off of us. Very disappointed but not surprised.

    Hi @Velvetcactus27,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the Object Removal results haven't met your expectations. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're looking for a quick edit, but the generated result doesn't accurately remove the object or requires multiple attempts, resulting in additional credit usage.

To help us better understand the issue, could you provide a few more details?

    A few questions:

    • Which application or feature are you using (Firefly, Photoshop, Adobe Express, etc.)?
    • What type of object were you trying to remove?
    • Does the tool remove the wrong area, leave artifacts behind, or generate unexpected content?
    • Have you experienced this issue across multiple images or only with a specific file?
    • Approximately how many attempts were required before getting an acceptable result?
    • Could you share the original image (if possible) and a screenshot of the generated result?

    Regards,

    Tarun

    Hey @Velvetcactus27
We want to assist you and help resolve the challenges you are encountering. Things not working as expected is frustrating.
Could you provide more information; so, the team can proceed to troubleshoot? Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you and resolve the issue.

    Steps to take
This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Provide your prompt and reference image(s) if there are any?

    Which model(s) are you using?
Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

It is happening consistently with several images containing the same simple removal. I am just reporting what is happening over and over.
