Not generating a video

Have tried over and over to use my video creator and I upload an image , provide the text command, and it shows "Generating Video" for over 5 hours now... tried refreshing, signing in and out, and still the same!!

I apologize for the problem. Would you mind trying another browser? Please also try clearing the cache. If the problem persists, please provide the image model and the prompt you are using.

Hey @todd_3775 

 

I do appreciate the frustration I have had this happen to me as well.

A few things that I have done... 
Turned off my computer and wifi and turning them back on. (Does this work sometimes.)
There has been some solar flare activity as well; there could be some issues outside of our control. Here at home our internet has been a bit slow. 
There also could be a lot of people using the App. 
I hope your videos generate quickly.
