not saving image without background

It shows on the screen that the background is transparent but then saves the origianl image

    The generative fill feature should be used to fill in the background. After removing the background, select "remove" and type your prompt. Click keep and you will be able to download your new generated image. Generative Fill on the Firefly Site doesn't support transparent layers
