Not saving to library after upsizing

The only thing I can do is download the file. I have refreshed the page, made sure my apps and libraries are syncing.... still won't work now.

Hello @Pearldog,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Can you try holding the SHIFT key down and press the page reload button, and then try saving to the library and see if it works then.

Hi, droopy, just saw this.

Tried it with Shift and f5 to refresh, but it still didn't work.
Had a tech in here a couple of hours ago, and they determined that it's a
Chrome issue. Tried it from an incognito window - and that worked fine!
It's a workaround, but not as it was til today or should be.
