Hey @jaspr_2641
This is definitely a late reply. The images look like they are political figures. If these are actual political figures then they will not meet the requirements/ guidelines, as Adobe Firefly will not generate images of political figures or celebrities.
Common problems

  • Trademarked / Copyright
  • Political figures / Celebrities

Hi @Divine_help4f7a,

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry for the frustration. We understand how confusing it can be when an image is flagged unexpectedly, especially when you're trying to generate a video from it.

Automated moderation systems can occasionally make mistakes. If you're comfortable sharing the image or a screenshot of the error, and prompt, we'd be happy to take a closer look and help investigate what might have triggered the flag.

Regards,

Tarun

I have had the same problem with this pic for which I just asked to have her “feel mortified” or in shock. Whatever I phrase it ended up with the same message the OP had. Can you help?

Eric

Hi @jaspr_2641,

Who are the people in these images or what is the origin of these images?

Thanks,

Hello @jaspr_2641,

Thank you for your message.

Images of children are not the only issue that can generate errors. Any generation needs to conform to the terms of service. Those are detailed in this document:  Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines

In this case, I am not sure why it does not meet the guidelines and will have to look into it further.

Thanks,
