Hi @shaju30196350ls78, is Firefly working okay for you now after three days? Or have you not been able to use it for three days with Chrome? If you are still having problems accessing Firefly beta:

• Make sure you are eligible to access Firefly. You must be 18 years or older.
• Log in with an Adobe ID. If you don't have one, sign up for free here: https://account.adobe.com.
• Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Firefly is also not available in Russia, Belarus, and China.
• Firefly is currently a web app and can only be accessed at https://firefly.adobe.com. There is no standalone app to download.
• Firefly supports Chrome, Safari, and Edge browsers on the desktop and is not currently supported on tablets or mobile devices.
• Do a hard refresh on your browser, Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + R. If this doesn't work, try accessing the site with an incognito browser.
