o adobr firefly não funciona, ele abre o browser , ja ate troquei pro chrome , mas não anexa imagem e não consigo escrever no prompt dele

Estou tendo o mesmo problema a dias, e ninguem consegue ajudar, ja abri chamado e não resolvem, ja limpei os cookies, historico, ja troquei de navegador, ja utilizei janela anonima e nada

• Are you accessing Firefly through a web browser or within another Adobe application?
• Does the issue occur every time or only with specific projects/prompts?
• Are you able to click on other controls in Firefly, or is only the image attachment and prompt field affected?
• Do you see any error messages in the browser?
• Could you share a screen recording showing the issue?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1. Sign out of Adobe and sign back in.
2. Open Firefly in an Incognito/Private browser window.
3. Disable any browser extensions (especially ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers).
4. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
