This sometimes happens. 

As @droopydog500  mentioned it helps when you share your prompt. 

However, you may want to read the guidelines, if you don't want to share your prompt and images. 

Also keep in mind that word order sometimes influences the outcome. You may want to change the word order of your prompt.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

This generally means that after the image was generated, it does a check of the image to ensure it meets the generative AI guidelines and it concluded one or more did not. If you tell us your prompt and show us a screen shot including the images it did generate, we can probably tell you in more detail what might have happened.
