Only first second is generated in 5 seconds video

I only get 1 second instead of 5.

But credits are down by 100 each time.

Happened multiple times already.

I want credits refund.

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you check the files and see if the video has been generated for 5 seconds? 
Please also try using a different browser and check.
