    Hi everyone,

Thank you all for bringing this to our attention and for providing such detailed information, that is incredibly helpful!

I want to let you know that I have escalated this issue internally to the engineering team so they can investigate the backend errors and try to work on a fix.

I'll keep this thread updated the moment I hear back from the team or when a fix is deployed. Thank you for your patience while we get this sorted out!

Same for me although everything was working fine 12 hours ago. I can still access the elements list and delete ones I no longer need, but I cannot create or upload the existing ones when generating a video in kling or kling omni.

Unable to Create or Load Elements in Firefly Generate Video (Kling 3.0)
    Issue Summary:
The Elements feature is not functioning. I am unable to create new elements, and the Elements panel fails to load.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Open Adobe Firefly.
    2. Navigate to Generate Video.
    3. Select the Kling 3.0 model.
    4. Click Elements.
    5. Click Create New.
    6. Upload a valid front-facing character image.
    7. Enter an element name and description.
    8. Click Create.

    Expected Result:
The character element should be created successfully and appear in the Elements list.

    Actual Result:

    • The Elements panel displays the error:

      "Can't load Elements list."

    • Attempting to create a new element results in:

"Something went wrong, please try again."

    • No elements are created or displayed.

    Frequency:
100% reproducible. The issue occurs every time.

    Environment:

    • Product: Adobe Firefly – Generate Video (Kling 3.0)
    • Browser: Chrome
    • Operating System: macOS
    • Adobe Account: Creative Cloud Student Plan / Firefly Premium
    • Region: India

    Troubleshooting Performed:

    • Refreshed the page.
    • Retried with different images.
    • Used different element names and descriptions.
    • Issue persists consistently.

    Additional Information:
The Elements panel is unable to load at all, suggesting the issue may be related to the backend service or account permissions rather than the uploaded image. Since the list itself fails to load, the feature appears to be unavailable for my account despite having access to Generate Video (Kling 3.0).

    Screenshots:
    Attached screenshots showing:

    1. "Can't load Elements list."
    2. "Something went wrong, please try again."

kling elements not available when generating video, cannot create new elements, list of previously generating elements are present under files
was able to create new kling elements on July 8, cannot create or upload existing elements when trying to generate videos.
