P: Saving images is hit and miss but mostly miss

my images arent saving. I get incomplete files... Some are saved and look greeat, others appear to have saved but only corrupted images

    So I cant at the moment.. I am not by my comouter, but I do know that the image can be seen in the Show Package Contents and opened. etc. For some reason they are all saving this way for me now.

    @Matone @mikecurran @Gareth W Can you please try this again and share the URL of the image when you try to save and it fails? We are trying to reproduce this issue.

    Yes, those are the files I get.. It was a mixed bag of files like this and ones that had thumbnails and was able to open. You'll notice that if you show package contents on the "download" icon file it has the image there.. at least for me.

    "Cannot move file" when downloading with Adobe Firefly Beta 1.0

    Can't open, rename or change the extension on the downloaded file even though it's a similar size to successful downloads.

    This doesn't happen all the time and I have never received this error before with any other applocation/website.

    Right clicking file and selecting "show package contents" will reveal the .jpg

    OSX 13.1   Safari 16.2

     

    Can't attach images.

    Hi just to let you know i suddenly started getting errors in the files that were donwloaded, see inc jpg, they show as downloading then appear as in the jpg.  They have a crreation date of 1984 , file size of 1.5mb on disc, but I am not able to anything with them but delete

    OS is Mac OS Ventura 13.2 and Safari 16.3

    I am participating in the Beta test for Firefly. Although I have been able to successfully craft images,  only one or two will download.  I created 12 Zodiac images,  and only one downloaded, and there is no way to access those designs again due to the random nature of AI. Even with the same prompts,  I'm not guaranteed the same result.

    Hi I am using the current Mac OS and also in Safari.. so the j ages that are saved that are corrupted I guess aren't corrupted, the files it does download that seem wrong I can use open package via Mac finder and it shows the image ...  but utters the image is juts downloaded and hit "packaged" behind a file that juts says download on the file icon. The good images juts have a thumbnail for the inage in finder ..
