P: Slow Generation and Reference Image Not Working with Partner Models (merged thread)

I’ve been experiencing the same issue—generation speed has noticeably slowed down, especially when using partner models. The reference image feature also seems inconsistent or completely unresponsive in some cases. It would be helpful to know if this is a known issue or if there’s an ongoing fix in progress.

 After this, all users started having problems, some people's generation doesn't work (personally, my generation works, except for generation by reference) how much longer will this last?

I tried to generate image for my work and it keeps saying that something went wrong. and image takes 30 minutes to generate and then fails.

I create a lot of images for my client’s respective product brands. for the last couple of days, I’ve been experiencing issues with nearly all of the gemini models and just now the flux. I upload my reference image, add a prompt, choose a model and target size, and then hit ‘generate’. Lately, it just renders endlessly until I eventually just quit my browser (safari). I keep going back and then once or twice, unexpectedly, it worked. no luck today.

I have been sitting here for 10 minutes atleast trying to get Firefly to generate anything usable. It just buffers and buffers. I have tried on Chrome and Mozilla and there is clearly and issue happening but you wouldn’t know that from Adobe System Status… once again, the only thing that Adobe is good for is wasting everyones time.

I've had this issue since 3/25/26. I cleared everything, and still no dice.

Is it flashing like this for everyone? 'Failed to load generative credits. Retry' or is it just me? Check the 'my generation credits' tab ​@Kartika Rawat
