Hi,

 

I have a problem with the voice tab. No voices are appearing, even when I click "view more", there are no voices to choose from.

 

I have tried both Chrome and Safari browsers, using an iMac which has macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 installed

 

Can somebody help?

Oooft! Same issue here where the Generate button is greyed out and I cannot select any of the different voice types.

Of course working on a deadline. 😄

 

Are there any other tool suggestions in the meantime while we wait?

when I go to try text to avatar it it flashes as if there are options and then messages somethingg went wrong. I can not move forward with any action.

I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.5 24F74. Issue when trying text to speech, typing anything in the prompt, the 'Generate' button is greyed out. At the bottom of the screen some boxes with flashing bars in them. Looks likek something is trying to load. On the left menu options, there are no voices listed.

Siehe Titel. Anderer Browser führt auch zu keiner Lösung und es geht weder Firefly, noch ElevenLabs.

Basic Steps to Reproduce the Problem:

  • Open Adobe Firefly on Windows 10.
  • Log in using my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription account.
  • Go to the Text-to-Speech generation feature.
  • The generation panel either stays completely blank or keeps loading.

When I type text, it does not respond and the “Generate” option does not work.
Expected Result:
The Text-to-Speech generation panel should load properly and allow me to type text and generate audio without any issue.
Actual Result:
The generation panel remains blank or stuck on loading. Text cannot be entered properly and audio is not generated at all.
Additional Information:
1. Operating System: Windows 10
2. Subscription: Active Adobe Creative Cloud (paid subscription)
3. Issue has been occurring for the past few days
4. I have already reported this issue using the “Report a Bug” option, but the problem is still not resolved
