Firefly for speech generation won't load.

The page won't load...
I can add copy and pauses but that's it.
Can't select a voice or any other option, can't click generate. Help, it's been like this for a few days now!

Well this is probably the first and last time I ever use this tool if this doesn't get addressed soon. I have an ongoing project that I now cannot complete because of this long down time.

Firefly text to speech is offering no voice avatar options and cannot generate on Windows 11 apparently. Nearly a week now.

I am having the same issue working on MacOS Tahoe 26.2. It is happening on Safari, Chrome, and Edge.

I tried both Edge and Chrome with the same result, unable to generate. Will have to wait for an adobe resolve sounds like. Hope there;s one soon

Unable to generate speech and speech to avatar, the generate button is greyed out and unable to select voices. I have windows11 using Chrome and having the same issues with Microsoft Edge.

Got a similar problem in "Text to avatar" - i cant even start the application. Everytime i click on "create" i get an error. Im using Firefox and Brave on macOS 15.7.3

Ich habe vor einigen Woche Text zu Avatar Videos erstellt und damit tolle Ergebnisse erzielt. Heute wollte ich die Funktion erneut nutzen aber ich erhalte immer die Fehlermeldung "Das hat nicht geklappt. Kontaktiere den Support." - Ich klicke auf "Neu erstellen" aber bekomme immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung.

Ich habe mich neu eingeloggt, ich habe einen anderen Browser versucht, ja ich habe genug Credits. Nichts geht.

Is there an estimate on when the estimate fixing time will be announced?
And if not, is there anyone who can advise an alternative?

Right now I have 2 projects on hold awaiting TTS voice overs.
