Page crashes when downloading

Hi @martha2997264562r1, yes, some users were reporting difficulties yesterday, and you might have been part of that crowd. It seems to be stabilized so far today.

Curious: How long are your typical sessions? I'm finding everything works great when I stick to shorter sessions, say no more than 45 minutes at a time. I then log all the way out, close my browser to clear cache, and return when I'm ready to. That's not to imply there is any time limit for using Firefly Beta.  But I'm thinking the heavy traffic from so many users, plus caching problems, is what's hanging the backend up, along with continual program updates being rolled out. Please let us know if you continue to see page crashes, as it may have something to do with your particular access or setup. Trying a different browser has helped some users, for example.
