Partner models all of them are unresponsive

For 7 hours now. All partnermodels are unresponsive. When clicking generate it goes to something went wrong  almost immediately. Lost an entire work day already.  Had to purchase an other platforms credits to finish the work for my client.  Please fix this ASAP.

    i have the exact same issue, is there anyway to resolve it?

    no, and there is basically radiosilence from Adobe on what they are doing to resolve. While paying customers are paying for a month use. with 70 procent of the product being unavaileble. and payed for credits being unused and expiring at the next billing date. It is absolutely disgraceful. And now I have to pay other platforms to continue my work.

    Any news?  I just made an new account with my personal email.  When I use it with free account it works.  But after I link my credit card to the account. I can't generate anything with the partner models and get the same.  So free works but when I pay for it then I get this problem. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    Could you provide a bit more information?
    Are you receiving an error msg? Is the button grayed out? What is happening exactly?

    A short video of your workflow would be ideal or share a screenshot of
     

    Could you please reply with the following information:
    An example of the image & prompt that you are using would help.

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

    • A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

    This helps us help you.

    When I for example go to "generate image" insert basic prompt (Dog running in field.) and I use firefly 4. it will work, i get an image. When I do the exact same prompt in any of the partnermodels, It does not even start generating it, after a fraction of a second it shows me the dog-icon error message (Something went wrong. -  Please try again later.) and this is for every partnermodel.

    The exact same problem also applies when generating video.

    The problem is also happening on multiple devices: computer website, on a smart-phone  website, smartphone Firefly-app. And I tested it on a smartphone that had no prior Adobe log-ins ever.

    It seems to be be account-based.

    When I try to generate in Firefly using a board. It gives the same issue butt also gives an message (red box) saying: "The server couldn't complete your request. Check your internetconnection and try again."

    But the internet connection is fine. A work colleague logged in on the same Imac with his account and it worked fine. also the internet connection on the other devices was working properly.

    I edit images screenshots of the account info and the actions in the same order as described here above.
