Partner models in Adobe Firefly are not working. The standard Firefly model works normally, but partner models return "An error occurred. Please try again later." This has been happening for 3–4 days.

Partner models in Adobe Firefly are not working for me. The standard Firefly model works normally without any issues, but every time I select any partner model, the generation fails with the message:

"An error occurred. Please try again later."

This problem has been occurring consistently for the last 3–4 days.

Here are some additional details:

  • The issue affects all partner models, not just one specific model.

  • The standard Adobe Firefly model generates images successfully.

  • I have tried different prompts, including very simple ones.

  • I have refreshed the page, cleared my browser cache, and tried different browsers, but the issue persists.

  • My internet connection is stable.

  • The error occurs every time I attempt to use a partner model.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or if there is an ongoing problem with partner models? Any help would be appreciated

    The product team reviewed your request history and confirmed that some generation requests using partner models (GPT) were successfully completed. Could you please double-check by navigating to Files > Generation History and confirm whether the outputs are available there?

    Partner models in Adobe Firefly are not working on my account. The standard Firefly model works correctly, but every partner model returns the error "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

    I have available generative credits and an active Creative Cloud for Teams subscription. This issue has been occurring consistently for the last 3–4 days.

    The problem affects all partner models, while the standard Firefly model continues to work normally

    This issue has been ongoing for about a week. Standard Firefly models work normally, but all partner models consistently fail with the error: "An error occurred. Please try again later." aaaa How am I supposed to work? My subscription is about to expire, but I still have a ton of generations left.
