pas d'image crée depuis plusieurs jours

bonjour,

depuis plusieurs jours j'ai un message d'erreur et aucune image est généré. je tiens à souligner que ce sont des prompts normaux que j'ai l'habitude de faire. ils ne sont ni courts ni trop compliqué. cela fait plusieurs jours que je ne peux pas utilisé les credits (je n'ai d'ailleurs pu rien utiliser)

Hello, I changed the profile on chrome and it worked, so the issue was the profile and not the browser because I am still in chrome...

also it append while I was using it. I was using it and the next prompt I had this image, I shut it down went doing something else and today still the same issue

hello I have restart my computer, I am on chrome and sequoia 15.5, I still have the same message

Thank you for your message. I think this thread might address the issue you are having.

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.
