Payment Issue
Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to make a payment. I have tried all the cards I have, but the system keeps showing an error that I need to contact my bank. However, I am not receiving any notifications of transaction failures in any of my banking apps.
The card linked to my Adobe account is regularly charged every month without any problems. I am using the same card to attempt a payment for a credit generation, but the transaction is not going through.
Could you please provide clarification and assistance in resolving this issue?
