perfectly normal prompt rejected as against user guidelines

I add the following prompt to an image that was generated in the program and I get prompt declined:
“Without touching anything else in the image:
1. make the antennae on the head bowed (not sharp bend like they are now). Also change their color to black
2. add a thin black moustache”

    Hi ​@Mr-McK ,

     

    Generally, negative prompting does not work. That is not likely what caused the error, but I think text in your negative portion of the prompt might have. If you are able to upload the image you were editing, I can test and advise on the best prompt to do this edit.

    Asking for a side view of the character also got declined. Seems like since I upgraded the plan and Firefly prompts don’t use up any credits this is happening now. Forcing me to use another engine that burns through even more credits!
