personal image rejected as violating guidelines, but it's me in the photo and not questionable

I have digitized childhood photographs, including the attached. Firefly rejects the photo and links to User Guidelines. I've read them. Nothing in my photo (of me, in pajamas at 2) violates any element of those guidelines.

Prompts attempted: "Family opens presents Christmas morning", "Toddler boy opens Christmas present"

Why is Firefly overly rejecting?!

Hey @Jon Ashley 

This can be frustrating.
The word in the  prompt "toddler" could be the troublesome word. FF is particularly strick about using images of children.
