Photos not uploading to Firefly

I'm using Firefly (in Safari browser) test and learn. I tried uploading a photo in which I wanted to generate a new backdrop. After selecting the photo to upload, nothing happened. It didn't upload. I tried again, same thing. As a creative cloud subscriber my account suggests there are no credit limits. Has anyone else had this happen?

@Mr_Mathew Thank you for letting me know. I'm wondering if it was a hiccup. If it happens, check out this site and see if there are any reported Firefly issues: https://status.adobe.com/

If so, please share on this thread with a screenshot. I wonder if there was an issue at the time you were unable to upload image

@CMass I tried again today and the issue seems to have resolved. Hopefully it was just a short lived bug

I tried testing this out on an iPhone 14 Pro MAX with the (iOS 17.1.1) as well without any issue.  Are you able to test this out on another browser? I've made the team aware of this issue through.  What file type are you trying to upload?

I'm using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the Safari web browser to access Firefly. I upgraded to the latest version (iOS 17.1.1) last night and this problem occurred today, following the update

@Mr_Mathew, You're not the first to report this. Can you share what Device you're using? Does this happen outside of Safari?
