Photoshop Web isn't opening.

The page is working now, but the "Open in Photoshop Web" button isn't working, and Photoshop Web won't open. What's causing these problems, and will they happen frequently? If they do, I'll have to cancel my subscription.

Thank you so much for flagging this and bringing it to our attention!

I’ve tested the workflow on my end and was able to successfully replicate the issue where both ‘Open in Photoshop Web’ and ‘Open in Express’ buttons are unresponsive from Text to Image.
I have escalated this internally to our development team so they can investigate and work on a fix as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing with your workflow and appreciate your patience. I will make sure to keep this thread updated as soon as we have a resolution or more information to share!
