when I edit, there is reading "You're offline

Please check your connection and try again". please help me immediately

Hello @hyriand_4030,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

This could be a couple of things.

  1. Check to make sure you have a good internet connexion. If you are using a VPN, try without the VPN. If you are on a corporate network, check with IT to see if the firewall is blocking the traffic.
  2. Try another browser or private browsing/incognito mode. If it works in those, it is likely a browser extension is tnterfering (like an aggressive ad blocker).
  3. If you have a windows machine, try resetting the windows firewall back to the default.
