png without bg not downloading

I am trying to remove bg of a image in adobe expressfly but when i download it, it comes with the bg and when i try to open the file in adobe express the page is stuck at loading

    We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter technical issues while working in Firefly. Would you mind trying to launch Firefly in an Incognito/Private Browser window and checking if it helps (Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome / Safari)?
