Poor quality of firefly images and videos.

I have grown concerned of the images and videos that have been created with firefly. I have uploaded credits 4 times and paying 9.99 each and I believe they are just takig my money for the credits. The images are poor in quality and the prompts that I am entering are not the ones that are being generated. While I know you are improving the app, it would be nice to credit some of my tokens back for the images that I have given a thimgs down to. Thank you in advance

I am sorry you are seeing bad results. If you are willing to share with us some of the bad results along with the prompts and reference images you used, we would be happy to see if we can help you modify prompts to achieve a better result.
