Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Unfortunately, if you are using the same browser on the same computer and they are no longer there, they are most likely gone forever. It is possible whatever issues you had with your account disassociated the browser cache favourites with your account. 

If you have backups of your browser cache (most people do not), you could try to restore it from before this problem started and see if you could access them.

my username has been fixed. my images in favorites are still missing. I have verified that the login is the same as the original time. Also, I have turned off my VPN, in case that was the issue. please advise.
