Problem Firefly Board URGENT

Hello, I just lost my Firefly Board, where I had stored all my workflows for several months for use in my training courses. I don't understand! My latest images in ‘files’ have also disappeared. My subscription has also gone from 2,000 to 4,000 credits. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

When you said, "I just lost my Firefly Board [and the] latest images in ‘files’ have also disappeared", those are things many people experienced yesterday because of the outage, but that should be fixed now.  Then you said you see a different credit entitlement. That probably is not related to yesterday.

 

When you go to: https://account.adobe.com/plans, do you see the correct plans you signed up for?

I only have one Adobe account, and yes, I have already tried to log in again, even on a different web browser. It seems that Adobe is currently boosting the Firefly system. Could that be the reason?

This has the feel that you are logged into a different account than the boards are in. Could you have more than one Adobe account?  Try logging out and logging back in.
