Problem with Video Avator beta

Avatar beta video won't let me generate a video from my script. I have 4000 credits available. What's the problem? The error message asks that I contact support but, you make that impossible. So what am I to do? I've had a paid subscription for years and now I can't get help when there is something wrong with one of my subscription products?

I used tried to use Firefly to generate some very simple line drawings from a sketch and I must say they were beyond awful. Whatever is going on Adobe has really dramatically affected the quality and the usability over the last six months. I'm a longtime professional user and I must say I would give Firefly an F- rating. With the price of a subscription being raised without warning every 15 minutes seems like it's about time to look at alternatives. Sad to see this once great creative tools company go to hell in a hand basket.

Hi @Flamboyant_Unicorn0D4C,

Firefly video currently generates in 5 second increments, and for any resolution, 4000 credits is enough to do at least one generation. So, you should not be getting a credit related error on your first generation (unless you have already done generations which exhausted your credits). Nothing related to the consumption of credits for videos changed on July 15, so I am not sure what the support person was saying.

We can look at the video creation problem here. Can you please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

I finally was able to contact "Adobe Support" what a joke... the problem is that with 4000 credits I can't create one 90 second video--not enough credits apparently.  They changed their policy on July 15th according to their support team, thanks for letting your users know. Adobe products are certainly becoming not worth the cost of a yearly subscription. Not to mention all the bugs and all the new AI features that don't work or have poor quality results. Text to image 4 ultra  problems is really a downgrade from 3.

Hi @Flamboyant_Unicorn0D4C,

Can you please include a screenshot of the full browser window with the error showing?

Thanks,
