Problema para comprar a imagem.

Sou assinante do Stock, tenho créditos, criei uma imagem com a IA, ela não deixa baixar, pois diz que preciso comprar primeiro, clico em comprar e ela diz que deu um erro, e que se eu não receber um email da equipe é para eu tentar novamente mais tarde. Como resolvo isso? Já tentei contato com a equipe, mas não tem equipe disponível.

    Thank you for your message. After reading your message, I think you might be confusing Firefly generative credits with Adobe Stock credits.  They are different as is mentioned in the Frequently asked questions about generative credits document:

     

    Are Adobe Stock credits and generative credits the same thing?

    No, Adobe Stock credits can't be used to generate content using Firefly-powered features. Only generative credits are used to generate content using Firefly-powered features. Adobe Stock credits are used to license content from the Adobe Stock website as defined in the Adobe Stock additional terms or your customer agreement, as applicable.
