Problemas con FireFly?

Quería consultar si existe alguna caída del servicio de FireFly, debido a que tanto desde el Photoshop como la web, no cargan. Revisaba la cantidad de créditos, pero aún no se vencen pero simplemente no hace nada. Actualicé recién la versión de Photoshop Beta, y me permitía hacerlo arrojaba error de Conexión de Internet.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

You can check status of Adobe services at: https://status.adobe.com/. They all appear to be running normally as I write this.


Please let us know what operating system and browser you are using. It would also help if you include a screen shot. One thing to check, if you are a Windows user, please check your firewall settings and try resetting to the default. That is one problem that frequently causes this type of error.
