Problemas de acesso

Fui experimentar o Firefly com uma conta e recebi a seguinte notificação:

 

"Você não tem mais acesso ao Firefly devido a uma violação de nossas Diretrizes do usuário. Acesse a página de Perguntas frequentes para saber mais."

 

Nunca tinha usado o Firefly com essa conta e não tenho nenhuma inscrição na Adobe com ela. 

 

O que será isso?
