problème avec un abonnement

bonjour,

je vous contacte car je suis bloqué alors que j'ai souscrit j'ai un contrat de 20 video de 5sec ou 1 de 6 mn .. j'ai pas utilisé tous mes credits et on me demande de souscrire l'abonnement suivant

pouvez-vous revenir vers moi ou remettre à niveau l'abonnement pour que je puisse poursuivre mon projet

What plan(s) do you have? If have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans, you need at least 100 credits remaining to generate a video.

 

If you have purchased a Firefly premium plan and you have at least 100 credits remaining and it will not let you generate, then please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error saying you do not have enough credits.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
