Probleme bei Firefly Token

Ich habe ein Creativ cloud Abo und Firefly sieht das ich noch offene Token habe aber jedesmal wen ich auf generieren drücke zwingt er mir auf ein ABo zu machen. Er macht mir aber auch kein neues Video. Er beharrt auf das Firefly intere Abo.

Thank you for your message. Can you please show a screen shot of the whole browser window when this problem is happening? Based on your description, it might be that you do not have Firefly premium features in your plan (you would either need a Creative Cloud Pro plan or a Firefly Premium plan). With a screen shot, we can probably see for sure.
