We need some additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:
• What Firefly function were you using? (text to image, text to vector, text to video, image to video, generative fill, audio/video translation, boards)
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
