problems with credits

Thank you for your message. 

Do you mean the generation is failing with an error? Can you show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the error?

When you press generate, the credits are deducted. If the generation ends in failure, the credits should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. If you close or reload a page or restart the browser during a generation, that will not cause a failure which restores credits.

Hey @AleBeltrame_Cairo 

This should not happen. Keep in mind depending on the model you were using each model uses a different amount of credits.
Firefly Models are in Red Fi  and tend to use less credits.

The 3rd partner models tend to use more credits.
There is also other factors: 
-length 5seconds or 10 seconds. Longer videos use more credits.
