Prompting in Firefly but receiving an error "Something went wrong" for 4 times consequtively, so no image was generated but 160 credits was deducted. If there was an error and no image was generated, why am i being charged for it?

I have also recieved a something went wrong error and have been charged credits - I don't feel I should be charged, other platfoms like Project Dream give you the option to try again or be credited.

    Hi @Sabrina3565171642dk,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly you get this error? Which browser are you using? Did you try using another browser?  If possible, can you please share a screen recording of the issue?

Also, if a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned to your account, although the restoration may not be immediate. If your credits have not been returned, do let us know to investigate further.

    Regards,

    Hi Tarun,

Thank you for getting back to me, I am using Chrome and did not try another browser, it was just before I posted here, I can’t see the generation on my history so can’t be more accurate and I’ve not been able to recreate the error since. My credits were never returned to me, which was the main reason for my post - I understand that errors happen every now and again but would like to get my credits back for the 2 attempts please.

    Thank you for your help
