    Could you try logging out of your Adobe Creative Cloud App and then log back in and see if that works?

    You are using a personal account and not an enterprise or teams account, correct? No, but you might want to make sure you are logged into that Adobe account with the credits in Photoshop. If you have multiple accounts (work/school, school/personal, etc.) you could be logged into the wrong account.
