“Veo 3.1 video generation always fails with message ‘We’re having trouble generating content right now.’ Tried audio off, widescreen, Chrome incognito — still failing.”

Últimamente los modelos Veo en Adobe Firefly no están funcionando, la pantalla indica "ha habido un problema", la semana pasada funcionaba de manera exitosa pero ahora no.

Hi, I've been trying to use Firefly video for the last 2-3 days & keep getting this error:

Haven't been able to create videos for days: "error occured".

ich habe versucht, in Firefly ein Video zu generieren. Es gab eine Fehlermeldung: "Da hat etwas nicht geklappt, versuche es später wieder." Ich habe es dann immer mal wieder probiert, immer mit der gleichen Fehlermeldung. Die wurde dann irgendwann zu: "Du hast nicht genügend Credits. Kauf dir welche!"

Das ist irgendwie unglaublich! Firefly hat wegen eines Fehlers nichts generiert, aber jedesmal Credits abgezogen. Für nix und wieder nix! Das kann ja wohl nicht sein!

Hi, mir wurden 1000 Credits abgezogen, weil bei einem Video "Etwas schief ging". Weder die Video historie noch das Video ist zu finden aber die 1000 Credits sind weg.
