Really? Generated one video for 160 creds and started another for 300 which was taking for ever so I cancelled it, and somehow I'm down 700 credits? I subscribed 20 minutes ago and already you're trying to rip me off. This is beyond ridiculous.

Just to clarify how credits work on Firefly: credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

If you’re certain that some credits were not restored after a failed generation, we can double‑check that for you. Please share the date and approximate time of the failed attempt so we can review your credit usage on our side.

For your own reference, you can also view a full breakdown of your activity by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. This page shows each generation and the number of credits used, which makes it easier to compare with your current balance.
