receiving guideline violation notices in Photoshop Firefly Beta for no discernible reason.

I am using the Photoshop Beta on a Microsoft Surface Book 2.

I exported an image from Adobe Fresco and imported it into the Beta Photoshop version which has Firefly. The image is of a number of individual flower petals which I drew with the live watercolor brush.

I used the lasso tool in PS to draw a second petal next to my original. I selected generative fill. A new petal was generated, but I received a message saying I had violated guidelines and the generated images would be removed. I tried adding to a different petal and that worked fine. I don't understand why I am getting this error in a seemingly random way.

Hi @wildrabbitstudio, thanks for sharing your experience using the Generative fill feature in Photoshop Beta. Others (including me) have encountered violation warnings without any apparent reason. There are several threads in the Photoshop Beta forum, including this one (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-discussions/ai-generated-images-were-removed-because-they-violate-user-guidelines/m-p/13837267.) Your post may be merged into one of those threads so the Beta team can keep track of the reports. At this time, the only solution is to keep using the Beta app and the online Firefly Beta site to test our prompts.
