credit usage isn't displayed for the generated ai task 

it's recognized as free

but the results are a mess.

Hi @taeseo,

 

Ok, I thought you meant there was an error. They credits are only returned if the generation terminates with an error.

 

The generation of videos is not free. For more information on generative credit consumption, please see Generative credits FAQ and Partner models in Adobe products.

I assumed it was free.
I created six videos, but they were a mess.

My account verification credits disappeared.

Hello @taeseo,

Thank you for your message. 

Are you saying that you generated a video and to the left of the generate button, it said zero credits, but it actually deducted 3,000?  What model, resolution, and length did you select?
