Reference Image is not working

Hi, I am experiencing problems uploading reference images in Text to Image. It's happening when I drag an image and when I click 'Upload your image' – sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. I am using JPEG and PNG files. It is showing me an upload progress bar and gives me the warning about usage rights but it does not appear as a reference image thumbnail and subsequently doesn't generate an image based on that reference. Thanks
