Reference picture feature not working!

The feature to add a reference picture or remove it, IS NOT WORKING AT ALL - first of all, when you hover your mouse or try to click the x to remove it (on both the home page and generation page), it always blows up the picture and you can't freaking click the x without it being a battle! Some seriously horrible UX/UI design.

Also, when you are in the actual video generator, you can't add a reference picture! And if you do, it doesn’t carry into the generation, WASTING credits. Which I also accidentally generated a video with VEO, but cancelled it, and still took 400 credits without returning them. UNACCEPTABLE. 

I had to go back to the home page and do it, but now even that is not working! I literally have to close the window, revisit the site, just to be able to upload a reference picture.

I cannot tell you how much time i have WASTED just trying to generate a few videos. It is ridiculous that Adobe can't even provide BASIC UX/UI functions. Seriously, every day Firefly is becoming more and more of a JOKE.

And I will not sugarcoat it, it is UNBELIEVABLY ridiculous to have such user issues and I find it truly embarassing.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IT HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR WEEKS!
