Reference Section is not working...

Hi,

The reference-adding section is not working and is not clickable in Adobe Firefly video creation. So I can’t create a video with my paid credits, and it’s been almost a week since this issue has been occurring. 

Is anybody looking into this ridiculous issue, and when are you going to patch it?

Can anybody from Adobe answer me and my kind of users?

    Help us. Help you.
    Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

    Remember to reach out sooner than later. This way the team or the community can assist you quicker.

    Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
    Make sure to hide your personal information.

    Hey Nate,

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    I already tried to log-in & log-out and unfortunately it didn’t work. I also tried from different browsers like Chrome, Edge, Mozilla and Brave. Sometimes only Mozilla allow me to do that but it’s like a 1 times in 10 attempts :)

    I’ve added the video about the issue and I’m asking you to please find a solution about it.
