Regarding the issue of the prompt not loading

Even though it's a safe prompt, it says "Cannot load." I have no idea what's wrong with the text below.

A man in his 30s takes a step forward. He has sharp eyes and a bold face. Behind him is an iron door and a high wall, and in the distance the sun is just starting to rise. It's a full-body shot from the right in front. The sky is somewhat ominously cloudy.

The "cannot load" message is no longer displayed.

It seems to be getting better. Thank you so much!

Thanks

Are you no longer getting the "cannot load" error? The image you included looks like it was a successful generation.

Thanks,

Hello @droopydog500

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I was generating an image.

operation system (OS) : Macbook Air 15.3.2

browser : Chrome 134.0.6998.118

The following is additional information.

I often use Adobe Firefly in the morning and afternoon.
I usually type the prompts in Japanese.
I use AI images for video editing work, so I often generate 10 to 20 images in a short period of time.

I just typed this in at the same prompt and it generated...

Thanks

hosshiy

Hello @hosshiy,

Thank you for your message.

Were you generating an image or video?

I was able to generate an image and a video from that prompt, so the issue is likely something else. Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those as well.  And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Thanks,
