Repeated ERROR and RETRY Messages

Hi ,

For the Whole Day , on various different attempts to generate AI prompts for my request reached a dead end with ERROR that results in a RETRY Response . Whether with Uploaded of personal references or without. Please advise on what's happening and a Remedy to these issues. PC and Mobile appliances were used without success.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

That error usually means it thinks the image would violate the generative AI guidelines. But I was able to generate an image with that prompt. Are you using a reference image? If so, please include that in your reply.
